Hello to everybody.

There are may topics like this, but none of them examines the configuration below, only mentions some close one. This one is slightly worse than the recommended in CPU, but as I'm not good with computers I dunno if it's crucial and cannot even estimate if the game is going to work and how.

The hardware:
CPU - AMD Phenom II X4 920 (2,8 HHz); (Maybe try to overclock it a bit?)
GPU - Sapphire Radeon RX 470 (4 GB);
RAM - 8 Gb;
Windows 7 x64;

The cpu is the only really questionable part. I'm not sure overclocking will help all that much unless you can get it to ~3Ghz. TW3 is multi-threaded though so clock speed should be less of an issue than with single-threaded games.
