Hi everyone,
I recently buy The witcher 3 from a key retailer, i activated it on Gog Galaxy, but i dont find it, it doesnt appared in my library. I got the hitoric purchase, but i cant download it ..
If you can help me guys, i would thank you very much

You need to write to the support and, chances are, as soon as you get answer from GoG, to a platform where you bought your key.

There were cases where GOG had to nullify purchases of the game, because copies were bought with stolen cards
