I've got a problem after redeeming my game code, it didn't show up in the library, however I have it in orders list. I've tried to refresh the acc, no idea what might be the problem.
Just contact support.
I did it, but it takes ages for them to answer.
I had a similar problem some weeks ago. They contacted me a few (I think 2) hours later. Maybe they will contact you tomorrow since today is a holiday.

Anyway, have you tried launching the game w/o GalaxyClient?

I can agree with support taking ages. Ive had a ticket open 3 days now and it only ever gets a response at 4 am the following morning. Apparently my game is searching for Hearts of Stone when Ive neither installed or bought it. This causes me to get "Server Problem" as an error when trying to install 1.11 or the free DLC or the game overlay system. Its really annoying because I have to manually install everything and the launcher doesnt recognize it. It says my game is still at 1.10 but when I launch the game, its at 1.11

I'm sorry, I wrote something else in a different thread and got that mixed up. Sadly there is not much you can do, I believe you need to wait for support.

Did you check for the game in your Witcher 3 Free DLC? it will be listed there :)
