Okay, this bug has been *ahem* bugging me for a while. It only happens occasionally but often enough that it makes me swear each time.

When I'm winning on the last round and I go to play a healer, sometimes, once the regenerated card is brought back, the game doesn't progress. The music still plays, I can still look at other cards by double clicking on them but that's it. The only way out it to forfeit the game and when this happens in one of the tournaments it's enough to drive me insane.

It's a bug that's been there since the beginning and even reporting it as a bug seems to have no effect as it happens so unpredictably.

Anyone else have this problem?

Do you have any mods, including the cheat console?

The only Mod I have at the moment is to change Geralt's appearance and I've only had that recently.(i.e. only in the last month) I wasn't aware there was a cheat console, and probably wouldn't use it anyway.

This issue has been with the game since I got it on its initial release last year. Each patch has done nothing to fix it. As I said, it's intermittent and doesn't happen often but often enough to be a pain.

I see. That's the worst kind of bug. I have played through this game numerous times and have never come across anything like it, which is why I asked if you have any mods. My suggestion is to submit a bug report to CD Projekt Red forums. These (GOG) forums can only offer user experience advice.

Thanks Hickory, you've been a great help (with the other question I had too) Seems my machine is being a pain for the hell of it. I've even uninstalled and reinstalled the game and nothing changes.

A thought that just occurs is that I play with the alternative heroes (The official release.) might have something to do with it., Might try with the normal deck and see what happens.
