This is my first post here, so I'm not entirely sure how it works, but let's give it a try. Also, I'm not a native speaker so let me apologize for any mistakes ;)
I have a graphics glitch in my The Witcher 3 game , where certain objetcts (e.g. a ship in Novigrad, some briges, etc.) are completly distorted and out of shape, however the physics (colission, etc.) are still normal from what I can tell.
Now I've verified my gamefiles multiple times using GOG, but this hasn't changed.
I already had this problem before 1.31, it even seems to have become worse (hadn't played in quite a while, but I can't remember glitches in Novigrad).
It also isn't related to my graphics card, as recently bought a new gtx 1080 and am still having these issues.
I haven't found anything helpful on the internet apart from "Check your gamefiles" so maybe some one here can help me :)
