Been playing the game for 37 hours .....at some point it got an update ...v 1.31A (march 2017) .....the Wiicher 3 icon was removed from the desktop and i can't launch the game from the GOG app anymore . Can someone help me pls. 10x

Same problem... it worked as of 3 days ago... nothing helps, fresh intall... I have just redone windows (and had to dig back old drivers since AMD made a mess with new ones...) but still went back to what worked and nothing now.

just reinstalling the thing was enough.
(also now works with newest amd drivers (18.1 Alfa) providing the DX9 websetup installs the DX9 SDKs)

hi all, i have the same problem. Game does not launch. This time a windows msg inform me the w3 has stopped working (if i look in the task manager at this point i can see the w3 exe with 4 mb of memory load) when i click on stop program obvsiusly it disappear. In the past i have already faced this issue and applying the well know workaround (uninstalling galaxy, stop the services realted and delete/renaming dll in the game folder) worked for me. This time for some obscure reason the fix does not work ! this time the game stopped to load after a pc reboot ( it was 4/5 days that my pc worked 24 hours a day, exactly from the last fix that i've applied a week ago.) i have about 80 hours of gameplay and i think that w3 is a masterwork but is hard to play a game in this way. I tried everything i do not know what to do
