I was looking through my GOG library, and right next to The Witcher EE and TW2 was TW3. I thought "Hang on, I don't remember buying this". Sure enough, when I clicked on it, instead of the Install button was a "Buy" button. It also said "Ready to install". But it's not, because I don't own it and have to buy it first.

Then don't manage your library through Galaxy. Use the web interface.

The only Difference is, I can download and play the Game, even if Store says I don´t own it.

Well of course the base game is going to be displayed if you have DLC from it. It's a requirement. What did you expect?
