Hi, i've reinstall the game but the game does not start and also not sync. Something to do with my new monitor (1440p) ?
Old one was 1080p

Check your graphics card. 5700 XT is notorious for not starting up, black screens, microstutters, framerate drops, etc.

It is weird. In the GOG app i hit the button Play Witcher 3 did not work, also on my dektop the Witcher 3 shortcut did not work. But when i open the folder GOG Galaxy / Games / The Witcher 3 Wild Hunt and i click on "Launch The Witcher 3 - Wild Hunt" icon then the game start normally without any other problems..

Desktop shortcut usually goes through Galaxy, as you can see in its properties, so it behaves same as after clicking the button.
Try to turn off Galaxy overlay, i heard it causes some problems in various ways.
