Hello, I've been playing the Witcher 3 just fine from start with no crashes at all, even beat the Heart of Stone expansion with no issues. Everything was going fine in Blood and Wine as well, until the quest The Night of Long Fangs where after I defeat a Bruxa, Regis and Geralt decide how they should proceed, finding Syanna or finding the unseen one. After I pick the choice and Regis with Geralt walk down the stairs, screen fades to black, and then the crash happens.

This is the only crash I've experience while playing through entirety of Witcher 3 up to this point. I'm not sure how to fix it, I've tried verifying the game cache on Galaxy client as well, but that didn't help. Restarting my PC didn't help either.

Anyone got any ideas?
