Installed witcher 3 GOTY from DVD. 2 days later an update says" hey install me" 1,4 gb later it freeze and nothing happend. Task Manager showed me the gog install exe fucked up my ssd:D Thougt with the goty i dont need any update and now this. Any one else got this problem? Someone got a fix?

You can try downloading and installing the update from the GOG site instead of galaxy or the Galaxy program instead of the GOG site.

Perhaps install the game to a different drive. What is Task Manager telling you, exactly, that makes you say that the installer borked your SSD?

There is no patch at all for game of the year edition in the files. just part 1 to 10 of the game of the year edition. Normaly you see the patches there. I installed the game with dvd got patch 1.31 on it and every think was fine. now it updatet 1,4 gb, dont know why and after download it freeze while start the install. the installer take high speed resources of the ssd, but do nothing. Maxbe a broken update?

Reinstall? Not sure what else to tell you.
