Like in topic, I don't have Witcher 3 in "my collection" and i can't download free DLC, what can i do for add Witcher to this list?
When i try connect and copy my CD-key i got message "This code has already been used"

Perhaps you mixed up some letters and numbers like 0 (number) and O (letter). Otherwise go to the store you bought it and ask for a working key.
