...does anyone know if it will have any impact on the achievement for completing the game on "Blood and Broken Bones" difficulty if I were to up the difficulty to "Death March"? I'm finding the game a little too easy on "Blood and Broken Bones" and want to up the difficulty but, being that I am the nerdy achievement collecter that I am (please keep your insults to a minimum), I am worried that this will ruin the achievement for me.

Anyone happen to know?
You will not get the achievement for 'Death March'. The reason I'm so sure is because if you want to decrease difficulty it warns you right away you will lose the achievement (I'm playing on Death March myself).
Read on other forums that you have to do it all the way through, I feel your nerdy achievement collector pain!
I don't think he's worried about getting a Death March achievement. He wants to know if upping to Death March and finishing will at least award him 'Blood and Broken Bones', or if the game just goes full stupid and awards nothing because he changed it at some point.

I'm on Death March from the start. So very happy I went with that.

I wouldn't mess with it tbh. With the various bugs, it is possible the game could just go full retard and decide since you changed the difficulty to anything, up or down, you get nothing. No idea though.
Aye, I was only wondering if it would have an effect on the "Blood and Broken Bones" achievement, but appreciate the responses!

I think getting the Death March achievement also grants the BaBB one.
