Like the title says, I can't mount Roach period. There is no press E prompt to mount. I tried everything I could other than making it to the 3rd horse race in game. Any fixes know I can't find anyone who has any fixes?

Ermm....reload savegame? Reset keyboard layout to default (Even if you didn't change anything)? Trying to summon or mount Roach in another location? Fast travel and then mount?

Got the same issue but only in White Orchad. when ever I get there, I can't mount him :(

I only had that problem with Xbox controller. I couldn't unmount him. So I pushed whatever button on keyboard then it worked again. Now I can't use crossbow so have to find the button for that and see if it works..
