CANT INSTALL HEART OF STONE?!!!! It says please install disk 1 and click ok. They didn't give me a Heart of Stone disk?! wtf can't play the game. When I try to install it through Galaxy it says "SERVER PROBLEM", "installation failed".

Tried to run as admin and disable Antivirus program still didnt work. My version is updated to 1.11

I can't install Hearts of Stone either, and it's very frustrating. Like you, my game is properly patched to 1.11, and I've reinstalled 5 times and re-downloaded all game files from the server 3 times, only to be told that the folder containing the files DLC\ep1\ar.awstrings are corrupted.

Same problem here, totally annoyed have spent the last seven days reinstalling updating manually and automatically and still no joy. After this I will not be buying any future DLC or games.

I had that problem, I didn't install it, my game hearts of stone, works fine, I'm wondering if that file is for boxed versions?
