I have the witcher 3 GOTY edition on steam, so i fooled the instruction on the website for when you already have the game on another platform, I installed the GOG GALAXY and i connect my steam account on it and nothing happen it just copy my games on steam account and put it on a separate steam library but it didn't give me GOG copy of the witcher 3 and there is no claim button showing up Pls Help i don't know what to do .

same prob cant claim na witcher 3. i already try 3 platform but still no button show up to claim it

Same for me. The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt GOTY on Steam activated since a few weeks and no key/activation for GOG. No button to click in GOG Galaxy 2.0, only a banner for the freebie.

Same, I own Witcher 3 GOTY and have connected my Xbox account yet still, No claim option.

Yeah I had this exact problem too, no option to claim on Witcher 3 page from GOG Galaxy on my laptop. Just fixed it by opening up and updating Galaxy on my main gaming PC, but I've heard completely uninstalling Galaxy then reinstalling it also fixes it too. Good luck!
