I cannot install Witcher 3 (or any game in the matter), I cannot "find" EULA so it won´t allow me to continue installing.
What I can do?

I´ve Windows 10 Pro (64-bit). All drives are up to date.

Please do contact GOG support and let us know. It sounds like an issue with your license or compatibility of GOG Galaxy with Windows 10.
Try running GOG Galaxy on compatibility mode (Windows 7).

Fate-is-one-edge: Please do contact GOG support and let us know. It sounds like an issue with your license or compatibility of GOG Galaxy with Windows 10.
Try running GOG Galaxy on compatibility mode (Windows 7).
Hey! The problem solved itself over night. Looks like the issue was internet or something like that.
