I'd like to buy the witcher 3 but wanted to make sure my lap top could handle the requires, I'm not very computer savvy :)

Provided your nVidia card is in control, and not any integrated Intel chip, you should be good to go, but be aware that your laptop is not a gaming machine, and it is also at the base of the 'minimum requirements' table, graphics wise. So don't set everything on ultra, and whatever you do, don't turn on Hairworks.
