I've updated my game after a year from premiere to play both expansions - Hearts of Stone and Blood and Wine. After updating to 1.24 and installing DLCs I've notice multiple issues. Most severe are broken horse models which did not occured during my first playthrough with base game story. It's also not an issue with my GTX970 as I've played game on Ultra before without defects.

Additionally, I've notice there's a lot of remaining debug elements in-game. Shame on you CDP. I'm attaching screenshots representing issues.

Repro steps:
1. Launch Witcher 3 1.24 with both DLCs installed.
2. Start game with savegame state with base game completed.
3. Move to Novigrad and travel to northern parts to one of "?" map marks where Rogue Knights are present.
4. Observe NPC names displayed.

Additionally there's one item with only debug mark and lack of text - unfortunately did not caught it's name, but it's the side quest from some corpse at old catacombs where you kill "Cursed Mother" (Przeklęta Matka) ghast.

1. Latest version is 1.30
2. When updating the game without GOG Galaxy, make sure that DLCs have been patched as well (there are separate patches for base game and all DLCs)
I'm updating to 1.30 right now (yesterday it wasn't available for me).
I've downloaded DLCs and game via GOG Galaxy.

EDIT:
With 1.30 patch issues still occurs. I've also checked game files integrity via Galaxy client and no issues were found.
New screenshot attached.

EDIT:
I uninstalled the game and re-installed it with backup of my save games. Now it works correctly.
