Hi,
I play the latest version on my PC, and have all patches instaled . But there is a problem with the NPC's during the quests, they are lvl (-1) and to "kill " them is not possible , or they have correct lvl , but behaves like mummys - no movements.
It happend by : Forefathers' Eve - witch hunters
Destination Skellige " defeate pirates"
For the Advacement of Lerning - Keira is not moving , so is not possible to finish any of these quests.
