Hi all,

Lots has already being said on DLC and related problems but as I am not sure what exactly cause my problem I prefer to post it anyway.

1 - I used gog-galaxy client for all action (except when specifically notified)

2 - I pre-downloaded TW3 (around 26 Gio)

3 - 19th May I downloaded the final patch (around 350 Mio)

4 - I downloaded the french language pack (around 4Gio)

5 - I downloaded the 2 free DLCs (around 50 Mio)
-> First bug : in gog-galaxy the download indicator was saying something like : [ACTION_NAME] : [GAME_NAME]

6- I tried to launch the exe file that was downloaded
-> Second bug : an error occured saying that it can't find the necessary bin files and furthermore it was saying that it wanted to install 26 Gio !

7 - I tried to launch for the first time TW3
-> Third bug : Nothing happened. Not even an error message. When I looked in the "bin" directory "witcher3.exe" was missing

8 - I changed the langage to english which provoke the download of a some Gio again !

9 - I downloaded form gog website the 2 free DLCs and successfully installed them

10 - I launched the game. It was working but was in english

11 - I recondigured the game in gog-galaxy to french (download againf of some Gio !)

10 - I launched the game. It was working in french and I was finaly able to start enjoying this great game :-)

So to sum up : a small bug of naming in gog-galaxy client and big bugs with DLC download and installation.
In order to prevent this gog-galaxy client should bring an error message when trying to launch a file that is missing and propose to launch a check of the installation (list of file and checksum).

Hope this will help to continue to improve both this great things that are gog (and gog-galaxy) and TW3.

Long live DRM free games and movies and continue to bring more games on GNU/Linux !
