That is a fairly common bug.
It is usually caused by jumping in the well before your journal tells you to.
If this may be the case with you, you will need to go back to a save before you jumped in the well & make sure you look at the bloodstain on the well & have your journal update before you jump in.

I can't i am too far in the game... + 36 hours of games...

When I had that happen to me in my 1st play through, I loaded a previous save & fixed it before I had gone any farther.
I know of no other way to fix it.
Jumping in the well is the trigger for the end of act one.
I'm sure the developers are aware of the bug.
As to whether they consider it a priority, who can say?
Even if the do fix the problem in a future patch, there is no guarantee it would be a retroactive fix.
I never continued on with it, so I am not sure if it is only a case of a journal entry remaining till the end of the game.
If you found Cravens body, & you got the quest "The calm before the storm"
Then I imagine it will cause no other problems.
