After updating to the latest patch, I have been receiving two different BSODs. One being VIDEO_SCHEDULER_INTERNAL_ERROR (which has stopped recently) and DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION which is still going. I don't get BSODs during normal computer operation or in other games for hours. But in this game I get them at seemingly random points during the gaming session.

I was just wondering if anyone else is getting them and if there is a reason or solution to this problem?

My specifications are two Gigabyte GTX 970 G1 Gaming GPUs in SLI, 16GB of DDR3 RAM and a 4790K CPU. No overclock present on the system, with drivers for my components all up to date.

Here's a good thread about the dpc_watchdog_violation

http://www.tomshardware.com/answers/id-2224508/windows-dpc-watchdog-violation-startup.html

Eh, some games are tame enough to not expose actual hardware/software, system issues. This game was also clearly not ready for primetime either (I love it and need it like water anyway though lol)

I haven't gotten any BSODs, just the random game freeze, or crash to the desktop. I've also had super long marathon sessions without a hitch. I think this game does have memory issues, related to animations. I see many glitches pop up with NPCs who have no animation, their pathing goes wonky, or they walk around with their faces detached, floating in mid-air about five feet to their left (and the face is sideways lol)

There should be windows reports for those crashes, and with a bit of detective work, you may find the offending hardware/driver. It may just be a conflict that never gets resolved. In the thread above, the guy's keyboard software was causing the crash, as an example.

I hope you get it all figured out.
Thanks for the reply and linked thread! :D
