After I allowed Galaxy to install an update for The Witcher 3 of +/- 2GB, it no longer detects the Blood and Wine expansion, i.e. Blood and Wine is unticked in the Settings section, as shown in the attached screenshot. When I tick it, Galaxy wants to download another 8GB, but I really don't want to risk my Internet connection speed getting throttled by the ISP. Is there any way I can resolve this issue without that massive download?

It was updated, and needs the update files, what more can anybody say?

It's just strange because on the title screen of The Witcher 3, Blood and Wine shows up as being installed, and the version is 1.22. Do you think I'll experience issues/glitches if I don't let Galaxy download this update?

Well, Galaxy says it needs updating. Are you willing to risk ruining your gaming pleasure over the possibility of having your bandwidth throttled? Would it make any difference if you set it to download overnight, in the quiet hours?
