Hello,

I really need to know whether Yen will come to corvo bianco at the end of the blood and wine dlc and stay with geralt if I got the letter from Yennefer (which starts Turn and Face the Strange. ) addressed as " My Dear Friend,", which indicates that Geralt has not romanced Yen. But I ended the main story, with faithfully romancing yen, saying goodbye to triss. The only explanation I can think of is that I accidentally started blood and wine early, before completely romancing yen, then ended the game and continued blood and wine and I think the fact that Yen was not romanced stayed.. I don't know, I'm just really disappointed, because I wanted the perfect ending and I really don't want to play all over again.

I'm not really sure to be honest, in the past I played the game + all the expansions and I guess I forgot how I did it but I believe it's important to finish the main quest/story of the base game first. Then do the Heart of Stone expansion and then blood and Wine. Last year I played the main story of the game but before finishing I also did the Heart of Stone and Blood and Wine expansions and then when I finished the whole game, at the end I ended up at Kaen Morhen. Which I thought was quite strange. Now with the HD graphics update patch [4.01] I did the base game story, now I'm doing Heart of Stone - currently struggling with the Wraith from the painting - Iris von Everec's manor. I'm playing in the story mode, don't quite understand they had to beef up the boss fights with the HD upgrade patch. Then I will do the Blood and Wine expansion and hopefully I will get the same ending you are looking for.
