I have just reinstalled the 16 DLC package and found I now had access to NG+.
I am at the start with Yennifer with all my levels intact. If playing the game again at my current level of 53
means meeting enemies at the same level, is that not the same as starting on level 1 and facing enemies on that level?
Surely it is all relative. Will I notice any difference in the game play?

16 days with no internet connection but now I'm back. The ND+ levels are outrageous . As soon as I entered Velen I collected contracts from the notice boards and all are 20 to 30 levels higher than my present level. Attacking bandit camps showed them all with those red skulls above them. This replay is proving to be a real challenge.
