After i beat the fire golem i get stuck in combat mode and i cant jump over the stairs gap to get philipa
Ive tried to look for a solution on forums and reddit but i cant seem to find any hopefully someone knows how can i bypass it

I tried reinstalling the game
Choosing different dialouge options
Tried to jump a LOT but instead i keep dodging
Itd be really disappointing if i cant get over this i spent lots of hours on this playthrough any help is appreciated
