Almost 200 hours of play-time. Suddenly the alternate signs stopped working reliably. Tried with gamepad, keyboard, tried to modify the hold time in "input.settings"... Nothing. Basically I'm able to cast an alternate sign like 1 on 20 times. Why? Why all of a sudden? What can we do? For 150 hours they worked well and very precisely.

Nevermind, it was a combat mod overhaul...

A good mod by the way for making combat more deep and difficult with stamina consumption. This one:
