I've been using Blizzard for pretty much the entire game. I had it up to Superior Blizzard. Swapped it out of pocket to use another potion and when I went to Usable Items menu Superior Blizzard was gone. Went to alchemy menu. Recipes for all 3 Blizzards gone. Did a couple of things then went back to Alchemy and all 3 Blizzard recipes were back. Went through stages to make Superior Blizzard but didn't show in inventory. Now all recipes gone again! Other forums indicate this problem is widespread for possibly many potions/usable items. Can anyone help?
