A little while ago, GOG sent an email effectively saying they were planning to take our data and send it to themselves/their partners at "REDkit" if we didn't opt out. I opted out ASAP.

Nevertheless, this "The Witcher 3 REDkit" appeared in my Library.

Anyone else concerned GOG just ignored those who opted out?

I noticed it in my Orders earlier today and was wondering about this too, so I checked the email about the migration of accounts and data. I don't think it was part of that as there's no mention of it in the email.

Perhaps an email to GOG Support for clarification wouldn't be a bad idea.

I did that too.
I'll update here if/when they reply.
I got a reply from GOG.

They told me this version was automatically added for anyone who owned Witcher 3 and had nothing to do with the account migration.
