Hi,

where can i check the game version? Like 1.00.1 etc.? I haven't found any location nor option yet to see the actual version.

The witcher2.exe says version 0.0.0.0 so thats no help either.

Thanks for your help and answers

Dilla

Sorry but this is like the 10th post on the same subject. Do you know how to use the search?

I think you right click on the witcher2.exe for properties and look there BTW

Yes i know how to use search, i did a search for "game version" first and looked through the first 10-15 posts, but didn't find any valuable info.

Do you now how to read btw? I clearly stated in my post that the witcher2.exe says 0.0.0.0

So your comment hasn't helped at all.
My witcher2.exe file version is: 1.0.6041.43456

Note that the product version is: 0.0.0.0

...so you need to check the file version.

That sounds right; the other posters Orig question was about GOG's version being the latest patch....all is well now!!
I got a message towards the end of the installation that a patch was being applied.
