I'm in a laptop and I have issues to switch to HD Intel integrated graphics to nvidia only in this game! And yes, I have opened nvidia control panel and I have put witcher2.exe to nvidia graphics but it's the same! The GPU activity just shows all the games...but not TW2...Any suggestion?

pd. the configurator tool of the game is giving me pc_medium settings...lol

Windows 7 64bits
Intel i7 2,2 ghz
nvidia gt 555m and intel graphics HD 3000
8gb RAM DDR3
I have the latest driver: 320.18. I tried with 275.33 but it's the same...
