Everywhere says it adds +7 to Bleeding, mine on the other hand grants me a +200% chance to instantly kill anything I touch. Does everyone get this and I'm just crazy or have I found some godly power which allows me to kill anything in one hit?
Yep, I have the same thing. I'm using FCR2, which I believe you are too. In the latest release, the Creator mentioned that he 'fixed' the rune as it was only giving a 0.02% increase for instakill, where it should be a 2% increase. Instead, I think he has broken the rune and gave it a 200% increase for instakill. I just loaded the save before I used the runes and stuck in a Fire rune instead. That seems to be functioning normally.
