Ever since the Director's Cut update (and possibly earlier,) my Steam version of The Witcher 2 no longer saves a preview screenshot with my manual saves. The image is simply missing. There are no errors.

The strange thing is that my old save files from my first playthorugh are still working correctly. Even newly-created autosaves have an attached image. Only new manual saves are affected.

I've tried replacing the Steam version with GOG's but it didn't help.

Just in case this is important, I had Steam cloud saves temporarily enabled a few months back and disabled them shortly after (this was a bigger problem than it may seem at first).

Any ideas?
