Some notes when testing for the "no disk" error some people have been getting:

After my latest install, I started receiving the issue, no software or hardware change since the last install.
Uninstalled and reinstalled, the problem persisted, my DVD drive was empty.
Uninstalled, ran a registry clean with CCleaner, and rebooted, then reinstalled, the error no longer occurs.

I wonder if this means the issue is a registry key value?

My setup:

Intel i7-930
Nvidia GTX 650 Ti Boost
9GB RAM
5400 rpm HDD
Windows 8.1
