Does anybody know what the hell you gotta do in the final fight of the Melitele's Heart quest ?

Before the start of the ritual I've drunk some potions (like the Swallow) and then I kept hacking at wraiths until the potions expired (10 minutes !!!) and nothing happened.

Is it a bug or do you have to do something specific to end this bloody quest ?

Gotta keep on going until she says she's done (from memory)

If I did anything different to that I musta got lucky...because I was only intending to keep on chugging until she did her stuff.

Which basically means that the quest is bugged (at least for me), since I doubt you are meant to keep on fighting for more than 10 minutes.

The quest can fail without letting the player know, possible bug. For me when I've completed it it lasted 5 mins, but I was also killing wraiths for 10 mins before I got killed eventually.
Be sure that Anezka is doing the right animation, If She is not then reload.

Don't let them get close to her. It will interrupt the ritual and she'll just stand there watching you fight and it will be an endless fight. My first time I fought for a whole night and day before I gave up and asked for help here.

Try to keep the fight near those two menirs.

My experience was different. Since my potion expired (or I didn't drink any potion) after a few rounds I was getting my mutant ass owned. So I was running around in circles and the wraiths were all over the place. Anezka seemed pretty oblivious to all the chasing around.

I tried again and finally succeeded; this time Anezkha did the ritual instead of sitting there and staring at nothing.
So, apparently the quest can bug out at times and the way to solve it is to reload the game until Anezkha starts the ritual; in my case the fight lasted about 3 minutes.

I think that's the key. You have to try to keep the Wraiths away from her - and you have to kill a certain # of Wraiths. (6? Dunno, because I spent the entire time running for my life, so I wasn't keeping count. LOL).

I did find Igni worked fairly well for me while I was running in circles. I'd Igni, then Quen, strike - and when Quen ran out, a couple of Igni's, Quen, strike - repeat. Try to kill them one-at-a-time because they just regenerate if there isn't enough in the "flock".

First time i did this i fought until daybreak, happend the second time aswell. I finaly wussed out and read the game guide you get, and it actually said that the quest could fail if they got to close.
