For some reason the Medicine for Gidley never appears on the table in the room to the right of the fire. I've reloaded from several different save points and even uninstalled and re-installed the game as this is my second playthrough and i was able to get this quest done previously. I was reading and maybe it's a video setting issue but tried different thing but not sure what is the right thing to turn off or turn on.

Any thoughts on how to get the medicine to appear?
