I have all the alchemical ingredients to make a potion, but i cant make the thunderbolt potion it tells me 'item not completed' whats going on?

I have the exact same problem. I can make all other potions except thunderbolt (of course, one of the best ones).

I have no mods installed.

Did you find a solution?

Was this really never fixed?

In the enhanced edition I have the same problem, can't make thunderbolt potions. I found mention of a bug where, because this recipe uses 2 quebrith, it will suggest a max number of potions that is twice what you can actually make. But even using half this number, I get the "Item not completed" error and it eats my ingredients. Horrible bug.
