I am from NZ and have the same problem - no, even worse. After the patch did not run, I deinstalled the game, reinstalled it and it downloaded the patch automatically. Well, same error message (game invalid or incomplete - even though I did NOT change anyhing, so no DLC or mods). Launcher shuts down. So now I cannot play the game at all (I tried running it in different compability modes just to make sure, but that also did not work)
Two days after the email to TechSupport: still no reply.
This is very frustrating :( I have spent money on the collector's edition because I loved The Witcher 1 and had enjoyed what I saw on TW2 so far.
I wonder whether the tech support ever gets back to people at all?
