I get 20 fps at low preset at 1366x768. I get 30 fps on low preset in cutscenes at 640x480. Nothing changes in gameplay around 14-18 fps. I think I meet at least minimum requirement for this game. Please help me to get this game run at 30 fps all over.

In the video he didn't have a dedicated graphic card it was just apu.
And I tried ultra preset that was depressing 5-10 fps but high preset gave same performance as low preset at 1366x768 better visuals though.
It is same on high so maybe there is something that can be done to improve fps on low preset.
