I have GoG (surprisingly) version - there is no option to select PL language in menu. When I checked English voice pack and tried to download it (thought it might be Polish in disguise) it has started downloading and there doesn't seem to be any way to stop it. So before I download useless 900 MB of data, I have few questions:

1) how is it possible to stop the DLC download?
2) is there some way to enable Polish voice pack?

- Close launcher and run patcher.exe from game directory. That should reset launcher settings.

Hmm, finally helped - I've tried it few times before that and it just kept downloading (maybe it was necessary to delete that partially downloaded file).

Regarding Polish pack - so the 'recommended' solution is to download it from some dubious torrent? O_o

Ok, where is this patcher.exe? I'm not seeing it in the game files anywhere. Is it something I have to download?

it should be in the "\The Witcher 2" directory
