On Roche's path, you get to meet King Radovid. After speaking with him you can draw your sword and kill two soldiers in the vicinity (you will know because they are the only 2 that takes damage). Someone they do not fight back. As soon as you kill one, a new soldier will respawn right in front of your eye, which after a while makes for an amusing scene. Each kill bags between 8 - 14 exp on Level 32.

To maximize profit, down a Thunderbolt + Rook then apply a whetstone to your sword. I was specializing in alchemy, so the combination of enhanced potion, passive intoxicated bonus, and Berserk allowed me to one hit each soldier with a RMB.

Warning: once you are done farming XP, exiting the area will trigger a confrontation with a Redanian soldier who will demand that you pay a fine for killing the soldiers (refusing to pay will result in insta-death by cutscene). Repeating the same act (of killing those soldiers in the Redanian camp) and exiting will result in insta-death.

You can do the same on Iorveth's path. There are two guards behind a vendor's stall in the market place that will attack you on sight. They respawn very quickly, so you can keep doing it over and over. There are also two in one of the entrances to the sewers that respawn as well as a pair around a corner from the market place that respawn. Easy to exploit if you want to.
