I think it's 3.2. I started the game a couple of weeks ago and watched the opening cut scene. Then I got busy with something else. I came back to it a few days ago, and it said it needed to DL 3.2 Chinese...or something. So I did that. Now when I try to launch, i just get the windows error tone and nothing happens.

fixed it....after much searching

apparently there is a problem with net framework 4 (part of 3.2) so there is actually a 3.2.1 hotfix (why is this not being auto downloaded in the launcher GOG?)

Generally a hotfix patch that has to do with .NET 4.0 will not let you upload Arena scores .
