I had a steel sword (robust cutlass) during the fight and straight after the fight it just vanished out of my inventory. Is this a bug?

No, he knocks it out of your hands. You have to pick it back up off the floor.

Got it, thanks. I missed it because when I press Z it doesn't highlight in the usual fashion like other objects on the ground. That normal?

ı have a diffrent problem when ı fıght wth letho he doesnt die although he has 0 life
