I'm seeing some white artifacts, especially shiny white dots in people's eyes. Also, parts of Geralt's hair is bright white. This is especially noticeable at night because they glow in the dark. Anyone know how to fix this? My vid card is ATI 4670 and I've tried every setting imaginable (AA, AF, shadows, etc.) to no avail.

I'll probably upgrade to 7770 or 7850 within the next month anyways, and maybe that will fix the problem, but I'd prefer to play the game now.
