I've put a support ticket up for this. I got a few replies to start with: my account was reset, and there is a bug that means the game doesn't display if it's your only one.

I've got eight free games on my account so that isn't the problem; I had seven when I logged back in after creating an account ages ago but never got around to buying anything. I added an eighth just to see if that would fix the problem.

The store doesn't mark the game as owned for me, so it looks like the system just completely broke when I bought the game. The funds have left my bank account, and I got the confirmation email, but I've got no game, and haven't had a reply from the support ticket for almost twenty-four hours. For normal issues that's fairly acceptable, but when I'm down on cash with nothing to show for it it starts getting a bit more important.

Needless to say I'm not overly impressed. I was really looking forward to trying this game as I've heard so many good things about it (and GOG) over the years.

Does anyone know of another way to contact the support team other than by email? Or any tricks to get games to show up?

It's public holiday today, so probably support (or at least most of the staff) are not working today. Don't expect an answer from them before Monday.

There is one thing you can try:

Step 1) Make sure that all games in your library are unhidden. Click on each of them and then on "Unhide" if that option appears. There is a bug on a website; if all games (or all except one) are hidden, newly purchased games do not appear in the library.

Step 2) Refresh your account via the link https://www.gog.com/account/refresh
