I use dual monitors, and I have trouble rotating the camera by moving the mouse to the edge of the screen because the mouse just moves out of the game in to the other monitor.
I've enabled/disabled Fullscreen option and tried various resolutions and I just can't get the fullscreen to work. I'd think Fullscreen would stick the mouse inside the game - it usually does in other programs.

Anybody experienced something similar?

I have this problem as well, it's hit or miss with most games to be honest. Some constrain the mouse to the game window, some don't. I'm not exactly sure what would need to be fixed =/
Have disabled the other monitor entirely in Windows settings when playing TW.

Never have experienced having to do this before.
You can use a program called Cursor Lock - http://www.snakebytestudios.com/content.php?id=13

Open it up, select "...\System\witcher.exe" as the application to run it with, and create a shortcut that starts Cursor Lock when you run the gamer, fixing the cursor to one monitor. I got it for Baldur's Gate, but working fine for The Witcher as well.

Thanks for that. I've been looking for something like that for ages, because it seems a lot of games don't take into account the dual monitor set up. I especially hate playing a game and accidentally clicking outside only to have it minimize the game and freak out because some games just can't handle being ALT+TAB'ed.

My god, THANK YOU!
I use 2 monitors and rotate the view by pressing and holding the mouse wheel rather than using the cursor ...
I don't have the issue you are describing. I use 2 monitors as well. The cursor stays in game when rotating the camera, the only time I can free up my mouse to go to the second monitor is if I pause the game (space bar).

I am playing in windows mode since switching from one monitor to the other was painfull in full screen.
