Hi everyone,

I started playing the Witcher Enhanced Edition recently and I got two questions:

- sometimes, upon loading a game, I crash to desktop with error message. Can there be done something about it?

- I am still in the first tavern and did some fistfights. When my life was already quite down suddenly a kinda blue-white aura appeared around me and all my life was restored, without me doing anything. What is causing this effect?

In the Act I tavern, Shani will heal you from time to time. Even when you're in the middle of a fistfight. That's what happened.

The only time I had loading CTD's was when I had a bad stick of memory. That may not be your problem. But in general you should suspect your computer first, and the game second. The game's stable on quite a wide range of hardware.

Hi there,

thanks for your reply.
Well, in my case I doubt it is the computer since I can run memtest86 for 10 hours without any errors. Also 3Dmark06 loop as well as all the other games are stable. So, for the time being, I am really not sure what might be the reason.
