Hi i recently installed this on my Win 7 desktop pc but im getting a strange problem, whenever i start a new game and the first loading screen finishes instead of getting a cutscene i get a still image of the loading screen and the audio of the cutscene with subtitles. can anyone help with this weird problem

Try turning the lighting settings to "low". Are you using multiple monitors? If you are, you may need to run the game in fullscreen rather than windowed mode.

This issue is actually listed in the "Fixes To Common Problems" sticky thread. Post back to let me know if it worked, because if it didn't we may have to come up with a new fix and add it to the sticky.
