Hi,

I have problem with loading bug in Chapter III. After completion of quest "Salamandra Base" I have to go to Triss's house but after entering to her house there is loaded cutscene from the begining of the Chapeter III and it freeze on black screen. Same problem is when I crossing from Temple Quarter to Trade Quarter when is loaded cutscene where Geralt meet Werewolf Vincent. After that I have to restart game or iMac.

Can anybody help, please? I run last GOG version of Witcher on iMac (late 2011). I can sent savegame if it helps.

Some crashes are related to AutoSaving. Check if disabling it makes a difference.

But disabling of AutoSave doesn't help. Do you have another idea, please?

Sometimes savegames get corrupted for no obvious reason. Unfortunately you never know when that happens until the game crashes. Try falling back to older saves and try different ones as you can't be sure when a possible corruption might have occurred.
You could also try doing something different with your current savegame. Go somewhere else, do something else, save in a different region and then go back to the scene where it usually crashes. With a bit of luck you can pass it now.

You could also try reinstalling the game to make sure all game files are okay. Backup your saves, un- and reinstall the game.
