I managed to launch it once, but after clicking on Hardware in the game I managed to break it. Uninstalling and reinstalling didn't work. Now when I launch it, all I get is a grey bar near the top of the screen and the game hangs. I know it will run, because it did at least once.
Uninstall and reinstall didn't fix the issue.
I'm having the same issue - I was able to get to the menu screen once then it locked up at a black screen. After that it's hanging with a second window "Curtain" also open. Can't even get to the menu screen. Tried all video rendering options as well.
Same issue here, I don't understand what is going wrong when so many others are not facing these issues
Same here and no clue why. Seems like it's working fine for most people.

Same issue here. What worked for me (at least just using nGlide, I haven't tried jacking around with directX), was to open the nGlide Settings that gets installed.

Under Options, I changed

Video backend to: Vulkan
Screen Resolution: By desktop
Left everything else as default, clicked apply and the game ran for me.

My video card is a RX 570
This helped me to get to the menues but as soon as I select new game it just goes back to Not Responding. Not sure what else I can do at thsi point.
I'm having same issue, dark screen with gray bar top right. nothing responds. No support for the game in knowledge base.
